Born in Athens city of Georgia state in the US, Phaedra Parks is mainly known as an American television personality of black ethnicity. She is known for her roles in the series The Real Housewives of Atlanta and also, works as an entertainment attorney. Phaedra Parks' parents were Regina Bell and Henry Parks, and she has one brother and two sisters. She went to Clarke Central High School for her high school studies and graduated with Bachelor of Arts from Wesleyan College in 1993. Parks even got her Juris Doctor degree from University of Georgia Law School in 1998.
