A man who attempted to kidnap a 10-year-old girl while she played in the front yard of her California home is still on the loose with surveillance footage capturing the terrifying moment. The suspect can be seen walking down the street with a peculiar gait before stopping on the driveway of Kassidy Angodung's home in Murrieta in southwestern Riverside at around 8pm Sunday. The man is heard saying to Kassidy, 'Hey, what shirt is that,' before he lunges at the girl in an apparent effort to kidnap the child.
